1Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the RealVO platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Trevor O'Hare Productions LLC ("RealVO," "we," "us," or "our").

2Eligibility

To use RealVO, you must meet the following requirements:

• •You must be at least 18 years of age
• •You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• •You must not be prohibited from using our services under applicable law
• •All information you provide must be accurate and complete

3Account Responsibilities

When you create an account with RealVO, you agree to:

• •Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• •Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• •Maintain only one account per person
• •Keep your account information accurate and up to date
• •Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4Platform Description

RealVO is a marketplace platform that connects clients seeking voiceover services with professional voice talent. We facilitate the discovery, hiring, and payment process between parties but are not a party to the agreements made between clients and talent. RealVO does not employ voice talent directly; all talent are independent contractors responsible for their own work product and tax obligations.

5User Roles & Obligations

6Payments & Fees

• •All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• •Client payments are held in escrow until project completion
• •RealVO charges a platform fee for facilitating transactions
• •Talent payouts are processed after project approval
• •All fees and pricing are displayed before transaction confirmation

7Cancellations & Refunds

• •Before delivery: Clients may cancel and receive a full refund if the talent has not yet delivered work
• •After delivery: Refunds are generally not available once work has been delivered
• •Disputes will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis

8Intellectual Property

• •Voice recordings: Intellectual property rights for completed voiceover work are negotiated between client and talent on a per-job basis
• •Platform content: The RealVO name, logo, and platform design are owned by Trevor O'Hare Productions LLC
• •Demo samples: Talent retain rights to their demo recordings
• •Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of platform content without permission

9Prohibited Conduct

Users may not engage in the following activities:

• •Circumventing the platform to avoid fees (e.g., arranging off-platform payments)
• •Harassment, abuse, or discrimination toward other users
• •Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation
• •Uploading malicious software or spam
• •Violating intellectual property rights of others
• •Using the platform for illegal purposes

10Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms of Service or your use of RealVO shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. By using RealVO, you agree to waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first contact us at admin@realvotalent.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RealVO and Trevor O'Hare Productions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the fees you paid to RealVO in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. RealVO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

12Termination

• •You may close your account at any time by contacting us
• •We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• •Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately
• •Outstanding payment obligations survive termination

13Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of RealVO after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

14Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
