We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

• Between clients and talent: When a job is created, relevant project details and contact information are shared between the parties to facilitate the engagement.
• Service providers: We use third-party services to operate the platform, including:
  • Supabase (database and authentication)
  • Stripe (payment processing)
  • Resend (transactional email delivery)
  • Vercel (hosting and deployment)
  • Sentry (error monitoring)
  • Google Analytics (conversion tracking)
• Legal requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of RealVOTalent, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We take the protection of voice data seriously. As outlined in our Terms of Service, we adhere to the NAVA fAIr Voices Principles:

• Voice recordings uploaded to the platform will never be used to train AI voice models without the explicit written consent of the talent.
• Talent retains full control over how their voice is used, including any synthetic or AI-generated applications.
• Voice data is stored securely with encryption and access controls.
• Clients who purchase voiceover services receive only the agreed-upon deliverables and may not use recordings for AI training or voice cloning purposes.

We use the following tracking technologies:

• Authentication cookies: Managed by Supabase to keep you signed in.
• Local storage: Stores a persistent anonymous visitor ID for analytics and your theme preference.
• Session storage: Stores a temporary session ID for analytics within a single browsing session.
• Google Analytics: Uses cookies set by Google to measure site traffic and conversion events. You can opt out via Google's browser add-on.

We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to advertisers.

• Account data: Retained for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., completed transaction records).
• Analytics data: Retained for up to 2 years for year-over-year analysis, then automatically pruned.
• Voice demos and files: Removed when you delete them from your profile or upon account deletion.
• Messages and project files: Retained for the duration of the associated job and a reasonable period afterward for dispute resolution.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
• Data portability: Request your data in a structured, commonly used format.
• Opt-out of communications: Unsubscribe from newsletters at any time via the link in each email. Transactional emails related to active jobs cannot be opted out of.
• Withdraw consent: Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
• Row-level security policies on all database tables
• Secure authentication with session management

• File upload validation (type and size limits)
• Regular monitoring via error tracking and logging

While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
