Accessibility Statement
RealVOTalent is built to work for everyone, including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, or voice control software. We connect real human voice actors with the people who hire them, and that only works if the site itself is usable by everyone who wants to be part of it.
Our standard
We're working toward WCAG 2.1 Level AA across the site. We completed a full accessibility audit and are actively remediating what it found: keyboard operability throughout the site, screen reader support for dynamic content, color contrast on text and interactive elements, and support for reduced motion preferences.
We treat accessibility as an ongoing part of development, checked alongside bugs and broken links in every release, so fixes ship continuously instead of landing in one big pass.
Measures we take
- Semantic HTMLso assistive technology reads page structure accurately
- Manual keyboard testingon new features before they ship
- Automated accessibility scanspaired with manual review
- Contrast-checked design tokensfor color, spacing, and type from the start
Known limitations
Some older blog posts haven't been updated to current standards yet, and we're working through them. Some third-party embedded content, like checkout handled by Stripe, sits outside our direct control, though we choose vendors who take accessibility seriously.
If either of these gets in your way, tell us. We'd rather fix it than leave it standing.
Tell us what's not working
Email admin@realvotalent.com with the page and what happened, and we'll look into it. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
If something on the site blocks you from completing a transaction, we'll help you finish it another way, by phone, email, or whatever works for you. Hiring real human talent shouldn't depend on navigating every corner of a website perfectly.
