Revision Policy
We want to ensure your voiceover sounds exactly as you imagined. To keep projects moving efficiently, we utilize the following revision guidelines:
1One Free Style Revision
Every order includes one (1) complimentary style revision. This covers adjustments to:
- •Tone and inflection (e.g., "Could you make this sound more energetic?")
- •Pacing and speed (e.g., "Please read this a bit slower.")
- •General performance nuances
2Script Changes
Please ensure your script is final before submitting your order.
- •Script changes are not included in the free style revision.
- •If you change the text after the voice talent has already recorded the file, additional fees will apply.
- •Fees for script changes are calculated based on the length of the new text and the complexity of the re-recording.
3Technical Errors & Mispronunciations
Accuracy is vital. Revisions required due to talent error (such as a missed word or mispronunciation) are always free of charge, provided that:
- •Pronunciation Guidance was Provided: For any non-standard words, technical jargon, brand names, or unique surnames, the client must provide written phonetic guidance or an audio reference at the time of the order.
- •If a mispronunciation occurs on a word where no guidance was provided, it may be treated as a paid revision at the talent's discretion.
Note: All revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date. Once a project is marked as "Approved" or "Complete," further revisions may require a new order.
